I have been looking for years after a good data system for my 20,000+ pictures and have now found it.

  • The Main Window

  • The Map View window. This is one of four views: Thumbs, Grid, Map, and Full Data.

  • The DataView window. Called such since it allow viewing and entry of data as well as viewing the image.

  • The GPS data window. Facilitates setting of latitude and longitude coordinates via the simple drag and drop of the red marker on the map. Street and city or other data may be used to search for the location, as shown at the top of the screenshot.

  • The website generation window.

  • A sample of a generated site.

  • The offline images functionality offers a window for entering a little identification data before being adding to the database.

  • One of the several reports, this one shows the photo count for each year.

  • The Agency data entry tab of the main window.

  • One of several rich agency reports, this once shows an overview of sales for all agency's.

  • The Agency Photo Status Report

    DBGallery's Stock Agency support has a workflow flavor, where images move from one status to another. This report summarizes the counts for each state as well as showing the the status of each photo.
